第三届“‘一带一路’与亚洲佛教文化论坛” 国际学术研讨会拟定于2020年03月13日至14日在斯里兰卡比丘大学召开。由中国社会科学院世界宗教研究所、中国宗教学会、由斯里兰卡比丘大学主办，中国社会科学院世界宗教研究所宗教艺术研究室、中国社会科学院世界宗教研究所马克思主义宗教观研究室等承办。
随着佛教的传播，不同民族、不同国家的优秀文化经由“一带一路”互相交融与影响，中国与亚洲周边国家和地区在佛教交流方面取得了丰硕成果。本次研讨会通过回顾阐释亚洲佛教的历史、分析其现状与展望未来，力求以佛教文化为纽带和媒介，进一步推动亚洲地区各种文化间的相互理解与交流，为促进亚洲地区的文化融合与文明互鉴起到积极作用。
本次论坛将围绕以下主题展开学术讨论：
1.亚洲各国佛教与中国、斯里兰卡佛教的关系；
2.亚洲佛教文化对一带一路沿线国家和地区的贡献；
3.法显大师的求法对中国和斯里兰卡文化的启迪；
希望与会者能够就以上相关主题进行深入研究并提交论文。
会议安排：
1． 会议时间：2020年03月14日全天（外地学者03月13日报到）；
2． 会议地点：斯里兰卡比丘大学（法显大师求法圣地无畏善寺所在地区）；
3. 会议费用：会议承担与会者的斯里兰卡食宿费用（2020年13日至15日）；
4. 论文提交：围绕上述专题撰写3000至8000字论文，请于2020年2月15日前提交中英文论文题目和内容提要，完整论文于2月20日前提交为盼。

The Second “Belt & Road” and the Asian Buddhist Culture Forum is scheduled to be held in Beijing from December 27th to 28th , 2019. The Forum is jointly organized by the Institute of World Religions, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS) and the Chinese Association of Religious Studies. It is co-organized by the Inner Mongolia Buddhist Association, the Religious Art Research Department and the Research Department of Marxist Religious Outlook of IWR, CASS.
With the spreading of Buddhism, brilliant cultures from different nationalities and countries have been melting with each other under the Belt and Road Initiative. China has gained great achievements through Buddhist communication with other Asia countries. Looking back on the history of Asian Buddhism, analyzing the current situation and looking forward to the future, the forum is expected to promote better understanding and exchanges in the whole Asian area.
This forum will focus on the following topics:
1. The relationship between Buddhism in Chinese Buddhism and other Asian countries;
2. The contribution of Asian Buddhist culture to the Belt and Road area;
3. The study on the historical deeds of Chahandarhan Hutuktu, the eminent Buddhist monks of Mongolian and Tibetan areas;
It is hoped that participants will be able to conduct in-depth studies and submit papers on the above-related topics.
Forum schedule:
1. Time: 27th December to 28th December, 2019 (Participants please check in on 27th December. The forum will include a cultural forum and an exhibition of events related to the Tsahandarhan Hutuktu);
2. Location: Beijing Inner Mongolia Building (No.2 Chongwenmen Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing);
3. Conference costs: the meeting covers the costs of round-trip and accommodation for the participants;
4. Papers: 3,000 to 8,000 words of papers on the above topics. Please submit title and summary of the thesis in Chinese and English by 15th December 2019 and submit the full paper by 20th December.
