______女士/先生台鉴：
为弘扬“立德、行善、大爱”妈祖精神，推动妈祖文化在两岸融合发展中彰显独特价值，进一步提升妈祖文化软实力，拟在2019年11月初举办的第四届世界妈祖文化论坛期间召开第五届（2019年）国际妈祖文化学术研讨会。素仰您在学界的成就与威望，特诚邀请您届时拨冗莅会指导，发表宏论。
一、会议日期及地点
日期：2019年11月3日至11月6日（以会议邀请书为准）
地点：福建省莆田市
二、会议征文主题
妈祖文化与两岸融合发展研究（可从妈祖文化与祖国认同、妈祖文化与民心相通、妈祖文化与经贸往来等方面选题研究；国外学者可围绕妈祖文化与“一带一路”建设等主题展开研究）
三、征稿具体事宜
为方便论文集出版，请在来稿时注意以下事项：
1、稿件应符合学术规范。凡参引他人观点，一般应引用原文，以双引号标出，并在注释和参考文献中详细标明出处；使用他人整理发表的文献、图版和数据资料者，亦请在注释和参考文献中相应列明。
2、来稿论文请提交可编辑的Word电子版。文章首页要提供以下信息：文章中英文标题，300字以内中英文摘要，3～5个关键词，作者的姓名、出生年份、职称、工作单位、研究联系方式。若有课题资助背景，请标明基金项目名称及代码。论文编排格式如下：
论文标题(三号宋体，加粗，居中)，
作者姓名（附所在单位等信息，五号宋体，居中）
摘要：（五号楷体，首行空二格）
关键词：（五号楷体，首行空二格）
小标题（四号宋体，加粗，居中）
正文：五号宋体，首行缩二格
所有注释和参考文献均为脚注；引文注码统一在句末标点符号后。注码符号用阿拉伯数字。
引文格式为：作者（如译者则：【英】作者，译者），书名，页码（或卷、册、章、节），出版者，出版时间等
论文行距为18磅
论文格式的其它细节，作者酌情处理。
3、应征论文请注明作者姓名、单位、职务、职称、详细联系地址、邮政编码、电子邮箱、联系电话等信息，以便于联络。
4、恳望您在2019年6月20日前将会议回执（附后）和论文摘要用电子邮件发送至：ptxymazu@163.com。2019年9月20日前将参会论文全文用电子邮件发送至：ptxymazu@163.com，主办单位将组织专家评审组对应征论文进行评审，确定入选论文，并于10月10日左右向征文入选者发出会议正式邀请。
5、参会论文经专家评审后将陆续刊登在《妈祖文化研究》学术刊物上，并根据需要进行汇编，如作者有特殊要求请在来稿时注明。已发表的论文恕不采用。
6、本次研讨会将继续在参会论文中评选大会优秀论文，并给予奖励。

Call for Papers

Dear Sir/ Madam,
The 5th International Academic Seminar onMazu Culture will be heldduring the 4thInternational Forum on Mazu Culture in Putianin early November, 2019. Theevents aim to promote Mazu spirits of morality, kindness and affection, promoteMazu culture to display its unique value in cross-Strait integrated developmentand enhance the soft power of Mazu culture. Considering your academicachievement and reputation, we sincerely invite you to submit paper, attend theseminar and make presentation.
I.Time and Location
1.Time:November 3-6, 2019. It is subject tothe meeting invitation.
2. Location: Putian, Fujian Province, China.
II. Topics of Papers
We welcome papers that discuss Mazuculture and cross-Strait integrated development. Papertopics include but are not limited to:
1. Mazu culture and the motherland identity
2. Mazu culture and people-to-people ties
3. Mazu culture and economic and trade links
4. Mazu culture and the Belt and Road construction
We suggest that foreign researchers summit papers on Mazu culture and theBelt and Road construction.
III. SubmissionInstructions
To give your manuscript a good chance ofpublication, please follow these editorial policies and formatting guidelines.
1. The manuscript should conform to the academicstandards. Any reference to other people’s points of viewshould be quoted inthe original text, marked in double quotes. The quotation should be specifiedin notes and references. Any reference to other people’spublished documents,graphs and data should also be specified in the notes and references.
2. Please submit paper in editable WORD format. Onthe first page of the paper, you should provide the following information: articletitle in both English and Chinese, a summary within 300 words both in Chineseand English, three to five key words, author’s name, the year of birth, title, institution/affiliationand contact information. If your research is supported by projectfund, please writethename and grant number of the projectfund.The format of paper is as follows.
Title of the paper: in Arial font size 3, bold, centered.
Author’s name: attached to the Author’sorganization and other information, in Arial font size 5,centered.
Abstract: in Arial font size 5, italic body,indent two character.
Key words: in Arial font size 5, italic body,indent two character.
Subtitle: in Arial font size 4, bold, centered.
Body: inArial font size 5, indent two characterin the first line of each paragraph.
All notes and references are footnotes. Thecitation is marked in Arabic numerals at the end of the sentence.
The citation format includes the name of authororthe translator, the title of the book, page number (or section, chapter,volume),publisher, publication time, etc.
The line spacing should be 18-point.
Other details of the format of the paper arehandled by the author as appropriate.
3. Please write the author’s name, institution/affiliation,position, title, detailed contact address, postal code, E-mail, telephonenumber and other contact information.
4. Please kindly summit your abstract of paperand conference receipt (attached) to ptxymazu@163.com by June 20th, 2019 and summit yourpaper to ptxymazu@163.com by September 20th,2019. The organization committee willinvite experts to evaluate all papers and determine the accepted papers. Theletter of acceptance and invitation will be sent out on October 10th,2019.
5. The selected papers will be published on thejournalMazu Culture Research. If you have any special requirements,please make us known when you summit your paper. Published papers will not beaccepted.
6.The organization committee will selectthe most excellent papers and give awards to their authors.
